Lisa Wise
Director of Fashion
Before transitioning into luxury global recruitment, Lisa excelled in the luxury fashion industry, building and leading Buying, Merchandising, and Product Development teams at prestigious brands like Prada Group, Bally, and Aquascutum. Over the past 30 years Lisa’s natural warmth, creativity, and strength in product management and leadership have given her deep insights and a passion for the industry.
These solid foundations mean Lisa understands what makes for a successful, cohesive team, and this enabled her to segue seamlessly into JDF, where she now works on senior leadership roles for high-profile brands.
She is dedicated and passionate about supporting her client’s ambitions to grow thriving, successful teams. At the same time, she understands her candidates, and supports their career growth in the luxury industry.
When not working furiously on her client briefs, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly long walks on the beach or in some of London’s beautiful parks.
Jocelyne Fulton

Jocelyne is passionate about connecting talented individuals with inspiring work environments to achieve long-term success. With over 15 years’ experience owning and leading a search and selection agency, her reputation has been built on trust and integrity.
Jocelyne has sustained deep, abiding relationships with industry leaders and their teams. The success of both brands and candidates is her sole motivation. Her natural ability, original approach and eye for detail enable her to introduce top talent to any search.
Having served 10 years at Christian Dior in a senior leadership position and with her early years within retail at Club 21, she has unparalleled insight and understanding of the industry. Her vast knowledge and network bring ease and insight to every search.
She was educated at the Lycée Français in London and this instilled in her an international mindset and a craving for cultural diversity. A confessed workaholic, she is also a dedicated mother of two boys, a dog and a cat. She most enjoys time off with family and friends, in beautiful environments.
Alice Valentine
Director Beauty & Fashion
Alice is one of London’s most trusted and respected head-hunters for the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors. With almost two decades of experience as a specialist within the sector, Alice is focussed on board-level and global leadership searches across group, founder-led, PLC and private equity backed businesses.
Before joining JDF Network, Alice held key roles for some of the world’s leading executive search firms as well as in-house for global luxury brands such as Farfetch and Selfridges.
As a passionate believer of diversity driving sustainable businesses, she has been responsible for the organisational development of existing and future functions; creating processes for candidate experience; safeguarding the brand experience to enhance talent attraction and acquisition; and building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. With a natural aptitude for understanding people, combined with a strong commercial acumen, she delivers a highly strategic approach to her clients.
Alice attended Newcastle University where she earned her Bsc Honours Marketing. When not working, she can be found cooking, boxing, or hiking.
